I've heard about a free tool for msde "dbmgr2k" can someone please help to point me to where can i download the software?

I've seen the tool that im looking for after searching it in google.
It was my mistake that I ommit letter "a". Im searching "dbmgr2k" instead of "dbamgr2k".
