We attempted to restore a database to a new name via EM (2000) and it
errored. Now, in the database list it shows as "(Loading...)".
I believe restarting the instance will clear it, but I was wondering if
there is a way to clear it that doesn't involve a restart. You can simply drop it or restore over it.
